Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about our hampers, delivery, exhibitions and the charitable thread that runs through Mahanaim World.

Hampers & Gifting

What goes into a Mahanaim hamper?

Each hamper is curated by hand around a theme — celebration, condolence, executive, festive, faith. Contents typically include artisanal foods, fragrance, small homewares and an occasional artwork or print from the gallery. Every box is finished with our gold-foil monogram and a written note.

Can I commission a custom hamper?

Yes. Tell us the recipient, occasion, budget and any preferences and we will assemble a one-off box. Custom orders typically need five to seven working days. For large corporate orders (10+ boxes) please allow two to three weeks.

How do I pay?

Checkout accepts cards via Paystack — in Naira or US Dollars (toggle in the header). Prices are set in Naira; the dollar figure is a courtesy conversion at our current rate. For bank transfer or invoiced corporate orders, message us on WhatsApp at +234 913 060 7202 or email hello@mahanaim.world and we will confirm details and send a receipt once funds clear.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Same-day or next-day within Abuja, two to four working days nationwide across Nigeria, and international delivery by quote. See our Delivery page for festive cut-offs and full lead times.

What are your Christmas and Eid cut-offs?

For Christmas, place Abuja orders by 20 December and nationwide orders by 17 December. For Eid, allow five working days before the holiday. Festive volumes book up — earlier is always safer.

Exhibitions

Are exhibitions open to the public?

Yes. Our London showcase, A Living Heritage (September 2026), is ticketed and open to the public. Private views and collector previews are by invitation — contact us to be added to the list.

Can I get a refund on an exhibition ticket?

Tickets to A Living Heritage and other ticketed events are non-refundable but transferable. See our Returns page for the full position.

Our charitable thread

How does my purchase support widows and displaced women?

A portion of proceeds from every hamper, exhibition ticket and artwork sale funds creative skill-development programmes for widows and women affected by displacement in Nigeria. Our partner workshops run year-round in Abuja and are reported on annually.
