What we collect
At checkout: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details. Through our contact channels — email, the contact form and WhatsApp — whatever you choose to share with us. We do not see or store your full card details.
Card payments & Paystack
Card payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS certified processor. Your card number, CVV and expiry pass directly to them; we only receive a confirmation that the payment cleared.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, answer enquiries, share tracking, and — only with your consent — send occasional notes about new collections, exhibitions and the work of our partner workshops. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to fulfil your order — our courier, our payment processor and, where requested, the recipient of a gift. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy Nigerian tax and accounting rules. Marketing contacts are kept only while you remain subscribed.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@mahanaim.world or message us on WhatsApp at +234 913 060 7202. We respond within seven working days.
