The rules of the room.
These terms apply to every order placed on mahanaim.world and to any service we provide, whether hampers, artworks or exhibition tickets.
Who we are
Mahanaim World Ltd, a Nigerian company based at No. 2 Solomon Ewuga Street, Off Linda Chalker, Asokoro, Abuja. Contact: hello@mahanaim.world.
Sales & prices
All prices are set in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT where applicable. A US Dollar figure is shown as a courtesy display, at the rate published on the day; the contractual price is the Naira amount, with any USD payment processed at the rate in force at checkout. A contract of sale is formed once payment clears and we send order confirmation. We may decline an order where stock, sourcing or payment verification require it, with a full refund.
Artworks & gallery commission
Artworks listed in the gallery are sold either outright or on consignment from the artist. Where consigned, Mahanaim World acts as the artist's agent and retains a standard gallery commission disclosed to the artist in writing. Title passes to the buyer once full payment is received and the work is released.
Hampers & substitution
Where a specific component of a hamper is briefly unavailable, we may substitute it for an item of equal or greater value and comparable character. If a substitution would materially change the box, we contact you first.
Exhibition tickets
Tickets to A Living Heritage and other ticketed events are non-refundable but transferable. Entry is subject to venue rules and capacity.
Intellectual property
Images of artworks, photography, the M monogram and the Mahanaim World identity remain the property of Mahanaim World Ltd or the represented artist. Personal viewing and sharing is welcomed; commercial reproduction is not permitted without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
